Sigmund Freud spawn of Psychoanalysis has proven that there are three split to the theme that each represent the three physical stages: the Id, self and Superego. These three functions non only are aside of our normal life, it is based on what we want, what we need and the final survival that we make. In Nisas Weaning, we find the three mind functions end-to-end the drool that affects her relationships with her family especially her go. In the story, Nisa is talking about her youthfulsterhood as young girl in an African !Kung family. She narrates her memories of weaning, the motion of switching a baby from mothers milk to other nourishments. In the story, Nisas mother Chuko is pregnant with Kumsa. Nisa would endlessly cry because she valued to nourish. Nisas mother and father explained to her that she could not nurse any longer because the milk belong to her mothers baby. Nisas parents would exist to hit her and even express that she would surpass if she nurse. Nisa wanting to nurse is the mind function called the Id. The Id is the pleasure convention. This is something that she wanted and require and at this point she could not have.

This mind function is said to have effect from birth until child hood. After Nisas mother had her baby, Nisa satisfy the Id when she stole her mothers milk when she was sleeping. During the story, Nisas father and mother would incite her that she could not nurse. Nisa colonized for regular solid intellectual nourishment. She would eat until she became ful l plainly quieten wanted her mothers milk.! This is an example of the Ego. She realized that she could not have what she wanted so settled for what was earthly furbish up and that was eating regular food that her father and older known would bring fo her.
